Recently, an Interim Director leading Mid-Atlantic Sales Enablement, a talented group of team members supporting business development efforts for several business units. Personally managed and produced over 600+ business development projects totaling 270 million s.f. with a potential lease/sale value of $6 billion. I’ve partnered with key stakeholders to develop positioning, messaging, approach and go-to-market strategy for occupier and investor clients such as Alibaba, Amazon, Capital One, Fairfax County, Hilton, L3Harris Technologies, Microsoft, NYLIC, Rolls Royce, Siemens, Virginia Tech, and VMware.
